Unorganized Machines
Privacy policy.
Effective 24 September 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you read this website or contact us.
Who operates this site
This website is operated under the name Unorganized Machines by its founder, Advaith Gunna. For privacy questions or requests, write to advaith@unorganizedmachines.com.
When you visit
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. As part of delivering and protecting the site, Azure may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time.
We do not use advertising cookies, visitor analytics, or cross-site tracking on this website. The reading-mode control saves your light or dark preference in your browser’s local storage under um-theme. That preference stays in your browser and can be removed by clearing this site’s stored data.
When you contact us
The design-partner form prepares an email draft on your device. Its fields and SHA-256 submission fingerprint are processed in your browser; the form does not send them to a server or deliver an email automatically. We receive an enquiry only if you send the email through your mail application.
If you email us, we receive the message, your email address, and any name or attachments you include. We use this information to reply, assess the proposed work, and manage any relationship that follows. Email is processed by the services used to send and receive it.
Please describe your data rather than sending datasets, credentials, or confidential material with an initial enquiry. Any later exchange of research or business data can be agreed separately.
How information is kept and shared
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain an ongoing working relationship, or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by hosting and email service providers, or disclosed where required by law.
Those providers may process information in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, while recognising that no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information you have sent, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to advaith@unorganizedmachines.com.
External links, including social profiles and research sources, take you to other websites whose own privacy policies apply. This site is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. A product trial or future hosted service may have additional privacy terms explaining how it processes customer data.
